Bio
Chris Cousin qualified as an Alexander Technique Teacher in 2015 from the Ribeaux's school in London. He has taught Alexander Technique at the Royal College of Music and Trinity Music Academy in London. His Alexander work has grown alongside his own yoga, tai chi and meditation practices over the last 25 years. He enjoys making music, swimming, dancing, walking, cycling and paragliding.
